Standard 6.3 | Criterion 21 - Create opportunities for students to use a design process and/or computational thinking.
Create learning opportunities that challenge students to use a design process and computational thinking to innovate and solve problems. (PSC-IT 6.3/ISTE-E 6c)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Contextualization
In Artifact 11, I provide evidence of how I implement a recognized design-thinking process into my instruction. My artifact outlines each of the five steps in the engineering design process and explains the learning activities and process my learners completed at each step. In addition, I share how students also completed different steps in the computational thinking process. This criterion is highlighted in the video from 2:34 to 06:14.
